Teak Inmar Relling Arm Chair
Rolf Rastad and Adolf Relling founded and established Rastad & Relling Tegnekontor in 1943 in Oslo and were renowned for their superior quality products. They became successful within a short span of time and had good contacts within the fast-growing furniture industry. Some of their elite models were from the Futurum series which were made of pine and became a huge success in the 1960’s. Many famous designers like Arne Halvorsen, Sigurd Resell and Fredrik Kayser, began their careers from this company.
Designed by Rastad & Relling Tegnekontor in the 1950’s, this antique Ingmar Relling Arm Chair, made in Norway, comes in a stunning beige color and is made of Oak / Original wood. Its vintage design very evidently showcases the Norwegian culture.
The chair was manufactured by Vestlandske Chair & Furniture Factory and is 25” wide, 23” deep, 30” high the seat height is 16.25”. The chair is extremely comfortable and in excellent condition apart from the slight wear off that occurs with normal usage. It is very sturdy as its core and the legs are made of teak.
